The Jardin intérieur, Well-being cottage in Saint-Congard
At the heart of the small village of Saint-Congard, in southern Brittany, close to the Nantes-Brest Canal, Le Jardin intérieur welcomes you for a stopover or a well-being stay. This hilly region of Morbihan will appeal to lovers of roaming on the canal and to hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. Many walks in the forest are accessible from the house. Ten minutes by car, the Small Towns of Character of Rochefort-en-Terre and Malestroit will delight you with their houses in stone and wood, their streets with stalls and craftsmen.
The cottage has been recently restored, in a concern for health and well-being: natural materials, bedding and organic linen. The proximity criterion also guided the choice of craftsmen and decoration.
Yann, the owner of the house, is a professional masseur and shiatsu practitioner.You will be able to benefit on the spot, if you wish and on reservation, a moment of well being and relaxation.
The cottage offers aroom on the ground floor with fireplace, for the living room-dining room-kitchen, and two bedrooms upstairs (2 times two beds with possibility of bringing them closer). From the cottage, you can access the interior garden, which now occupies the old barn of 60 m², which itself leads to a small terrace.
Different options are available on reservation: breakfasts, savory pies with desserts for the evening, picnic baskets.
Bicycles are available for free in the cottage. And you can rent mountain bikes and electric bikes at Patricia, local celebrity, several times champion of Brittany in x-country.
A must: the bakery. Ludo and Marie offer special breads and delicacies that you will remember, not to mention their homemade Sunday night pizzas, both delicious and practical!
